Soft bricked note 2 trying to flash kernel for KK based Rom. I was out of options so I gave this a go. I would recommend to anyone who has an issue with a bricked phone. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because initial contact was difficult. Once contact was made the process was flawless.

My note was really messed up could not due nothing with it. Sent it to samsung they said there techs had no knowledge on root software, and could not put it back to factory standards. Thanks to techvideos.com they fixed my note and its up and running with no issues. Wasn't sure about sending my phone off trust me well worth it.

My phone was completely trashed. The device kept rebooting due to my false update. Those folks are awesome they got it back as before and updated my phone with the last update available. Thank you

These guys are legit crushing it. My phone was hard bricked after a bad flash attempt at rooting. No response from the phone at all except a faint light flicker. Guys saved me a few hundred dollars.

Thought my AT&T Note 2 (SGH-I317) was a total goner after I accidentally bricked my device. Found mobile tech videos on YouTube n in less than 10 days had my device restored to factory settings like it just came out the box when I first bought it

    Thank you

  7. Resurrection is possible after destroying your phone

I bricked my Samsung Galaxy Note II after trying to unroot and run "Triangle Away". Firstly, don't use triangle away on a Samsung phone just use a USB jig (available through mobiletechvideos.com). Secondly if you do brick your phone USE THESE GUYS. $60.00 (I used rush order processing and shipping) and you have full transparency/traceability of your order.

they fixed my phone and provided great customer service.

  10. MobileTechVideos is my SAVIOR!

Posted by Kevin Rupe on 8th Jan 2014

I completely bricked my phone... wouldn't turn on, no bootloader, no recovery. It was dead. I was looking at having to spend $200-$300 on getting a new phone when a friend suggested I give Mobile Tech Videos a shot. For $50 I figured it was worth it, and boy was I right!! I was given updates all along the process and within a little over a week my phone was back in my hands and works like a charm! Amazing! I'll recommend to anyone who's looking to get their phone fixed!
